Are you Interested in Learning how to Lucid Dream?

Any dream in which you are conscious that you are dreaming and can manipulate the dream is considered aLucid Dream. Used contextually in this instance the word lucid refers to simply means that you are conscious and aware. The true extent of your lucidity actually varies according the stability of the dreaming session, your experience with lucid dreaming, how well you can influence the dream, and how much you remember when you wake up.

The most remarkable factor about the amazingLucid Dream is the experience while dreaming. Just being able to identify and impact your dream is astounding. This means that you can direct your dream like a producer does a movie and you have no limits or budget dictating your creation.

Think about this for just a moment. Lucid Dreamingseems real – it feels, looks, tastes and smells like reality; but with the difference that you know it’s all a dream and that no matter what you decide to do, you’ll be safe. This is truly a virtual reality experience which is far beyond the capabilities of any computer in existence today.

More and more people are learning how too use the skill of Lucid Dreaming. Most of us have a Lucid Dream from time to time but just think how wonderful it would be to be able to have a Lucid Dream anytime you want!

A Lucid Dream offers you the chance to have any experience you can imagine. You can meet and hang out with your favorite celebrities and historical figures, have erotic experiences, visit other worlds, speak with a long lost loved one; anything at all! There are no limits other than your imagination.

It can be fairly complicated to achieve controlled Lucid Dreams on a regular basis. Up until recently many people spent months in training and using special self-conditioning procedures before even experiencing one single Lucid Dream. Even then, most people never even succeed once, let alone on a regular basis.

So are there any simple ways of experiencing a Lucid Dream?

Some say that you can help increase your odds of having a Lucid Dreaming by eating certain foods before bedtime; among them are mustard, orange juice, milk and cheese.

Also recommended by some are ice cream, popcorn, pickles and fish. Some people say that these foods are ideal for preparing your mind for Lucid Dreaming – but of course, many of these are high in salt and fat, which isn’t very conducive t a good night’s sleep.

Assistant Technology

New advances in technology have made it easier for people to experience Lucid Dreaming. Some of these devices use LEDs – there are sleep masks and eyeshades which can detect REM sleep and set off a LED, reminding the sleeper that they are dreaming. This then lets them take control over their dream.

One of the most effective of these new technologies is one which uses audio frequencies called binaural beats. Each of the listener’s ears have different frequencies played into them, which helps you to have Lucid Dreams.

These binaural frequencies synchronize the hemispheres of the brain; by listening to these frequencies, the brain is helped to achieve REM sleep, the sleep state necessary for Lucid Dreaming.

If you would really love to experience a Lucid Dream then this is for you. This is definitely one of the easiest methods and devices that assist in achieving a Lucid Dream.
