Many mental, emotional, spiritual and physical benefits accompany the state of abundance. To develop abundance is an internal and external process. In order to heal your life and attract great opportunities, situations and individuals into your life, you will need to do some honest introspection. The process may be challenging; however, the benefits are insurmountable.
How do people know when their lives lack abundance? The most common ‘give away’ is that they are deeply unhappy with some phase or other of their situation. It is often the case that people think of material possessions when they consider abundance. But the truth of the matter is that the people that have accumulated a great deal of personal wealth, but who still remain unhappy, do not experience an abundant life. It is often a sad fact of life that there are many wealthy individuals who despite their wealth have few friends, or do not even trust those that they have, and end up living under fulfilled existences.
So to develop abundance, you need to focus on the way you approach life, including your patterns of thought, your emotional habits and your inner beliefs. However, you can make a significant difference in your life when you are willing to change your manner of thinking and speaking. You will also benefit by developing maturity and emotional responses that are positive.
The universe in which we live creates abundance every minute of every hour. We all live in that same universe, but not all of us see or enjoy the abundance that is there. The first step is to recognize that the abundance is there, then one can begin to open one’s mind towards it. The things that hide abundance from us, and blind us to its existence are: unresolved problems, feelings of anxiety or guilt, bad temper, shame, jealousy; all negative emotions that deny the opportunity to experience abundance.
The first step to develop abundance is to face your own negative self and overcome all the bad personality you possess within yourself. It?s not only those bad people out there who can make you a victim; it is also you who can victimize yourself through your negative attitude towards bad experiences. If you were hurt before and such event became traumatic for you, do not let it to continuously hurt you by living in the past. Let go of the pain and open your self to forgiveness. This will be your key to a successful and abundant life.
Developing abundance is in fact developing one’s self. We need to analyze the way that we think, the way that we react to events as they unfold. We need to spot the patterns that our past behavior has fallen into, and we need to be ready to change those patterns, to heal past hurts and open the door to abundance.
It is easier to talk about making mental and emotional changes than it is to do them. However, you can use various useful and helpful tools. For instance, you may be interested in applied kinesiology, energy therapies such as EFT or cognitive behaviour therapy. These can assist you in making the desired changes in your life. Developing abundance from the inside out is the willingness to do whatever you have to and being persistent about it. This is essential.
But changing the inner person is in itself not enough. We have to see and shape the things that are going on around us. We need to be positive and develop a plan for progressing with our move from where we are now into a position of abundance.
Actions need personal motivation and inner changes need actions. They should go hand in hand in order to develop abundance successfully. No matter how good you are in setting goals and achieving them, if your inner being is blocked by any negative emotions, abundance would still stay far from your life. A successful and abundant life is shown by your true happiness and satisfaction.
Everyone should set a goal of developing abundance because everyone deserves happiness and an abundant life in this world. Reaching for your goals of having an abundant life does not mean you have to be selfish, in fact you can be selfless and be abundant at the same time, because through sharing of yourself, your time, your effort, your affection, or your good personality to others you can experience the real abundance in life.
