A mantra is something you repeat to yourself. It can be a poem, phrase, prayer or lyrics to a song. You must know it by heart and be able to recite it. 3. Trust Your Instincts
At the end of the day, you are not getting very far if you do not trust yourself. Don’t doubt what you see or feel and make sure that you don’t dismiss your feelings as being the product of an overactive imagination.
