I am a person of low personality; it is alright for me to mingle with people in the low society and then eat with those poor families in town. They told me that the shine must shine on me because of that. My weight grew triple because of my eating habits with the friends I have. Abs and bellies in my body are no longer looking good.
I, thru a personal effort, went to the gym. I had first a one week-exercises straight for two months. And when I can already see the fruits of my labour, I immediately buy two sit up equipment and one ab rocket. I used them for two months again, weekly. As a result, I had my abs reformed again. Oh! That was great because my husband really appreciated what those abdominal workout machines did for my body. And the doctor told me also one time when I went there for checkups that I need to fix my diet.
During the checkup, the doctor told me that I am unhealthy. In other words, I kept the advice of the doctor to finally consider eating healthy but bitter tasting foods and vegetables, rather than unhealthy but delicious ones. It was difficult at first but it went on easier as time passes by. I am already disciplined and that it makes me happy.
It is not bad to mingle with those kinds of people, yet we must all watch our diet still. You should cheer up because this one makes good to you, a blog with sufficient information! But at the same time, you need to be happy with yourself. The reason why we oftentimes neglect our health is becuase of a lack of self respect and love for ourself. There needs to be a mental shift in your mind if you desire to overcome low self esteem and be confident to talk to anyone, regardless of how you look.
