If the simple thought of searching for happy couples causes you to go into a trainwreck, you most certainly have a lot of resistance that has to be softened. One client of mine, when I asked she search for signs in her life of happy couples, she quickly fell into a slump due to the fact that she was not one of them. We had to start working on the resistance she had to seeing other people happy when she was not.
